Workbook is available in two versions, one for individuals and one for couples.
The Compassionate Communication workbook presents key elements of mindfulness practice and nonviolent communication in a simple straightforward format. I wrote it to help you find healing and understanding with yourself and others so you can create a deeply satisfying life.
For the couples workbook the format is similiar with a few changes. I designed exercises that could easily be done with your partner. I included a section on appreciation which I see as the foundation of intimacy. I offer specific examples from couples who have attended my classes.
